The Democratic National Committee has hired operatives and is building a team to counter non-duopoly, anti-war candidates like Jill Stein. In an article from NBC today, one of the Democratic operatives laments that “A lot of people, including me, regret that we didn’t go after [Jill Stein] further” and that they are gearing up for “a potential all-out war on candidates they view as spoilers.”

Their bogus “spoiler” narrative is nothing new, but the backlash against Biden for supporting genocide has the DNC on overdrive, ready to blame anyone but their own awful policies for Biden’s bad polling and potential election loss, even before a single vote has been cast.

Jill has addressed this repeatedly, but here is a recent video she made to counter the spoiler argument:

No party or candidate is entitled to your vote. And it’s no small irony that the party that names itself “Democrats” and is constantly saying democracy is at risk is attacking democracy through dirty tricks and smear campaigns. Their efforts are designed to serve big money special interests like the Military Industrial Complex and Wall Street that bribe the duopoly with huge campaign donations and dark money. Jill Stein is about representing YOU, not corporate interests or Super PACs. THAT is why they’re really afraid of her.

As Jill says, "We are a small donor campaign so that we are accountable to the only people who count here, and that is everyday working people who are struggling to have a livable future."
