THEN: The Alabama Supreme Court put access to critical treatments like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) at risk for thousands of women wanting to start a family.

NEXT: They will continue to work toward their ultimate goal – banning abortion and restricting access to reproductive rights nationwide.

Restricting women’s access to abortion and basic medical procedures like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) not only puts millions of lives at risk but also undermines our right to bodily autonomy. Today, Vice President Kamala Harris is visting an abortion clinic in Minnesota, a historic first, signaling the importance of reproductive rights in 2024. That’s why at Emerge, we strongly believe it's crucial to empower Democratic women to be at the forefront in the fight to protect our reproductive freedom.
