Texas Values has been on the front lines in keeping pornographic books and content out of public libraries and public schools, helping to pass HB 900 last year, a new Texas law that addresses these concerns.

The 5th Circuit panel majority found that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act does not preempt the Texas law. Read the article here.
