Here’s the reality about our races: right now they’re both considered toss-ups by Cook Political Report…and we aren’t alone.

Mary Peltola’s race in Alaska is only lean Democratic and her opponent has gained four points since he announced. And that’s not all – in total half of our Blue Dog members are in extremely competitive races. We’ve also just endorsed two candidates in California Farm Country – Adam Gray in CA-13 and Rudy Salas in CA-22 – BOTH of these races are considered tossups.
