Alliance Defending Freedom has been made aware of a blatant abuse of federal power that we wanted to immediately call to your attention.
Documents procured by the U.S. House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government show that ADF has been targeted by the Biden administration.
While ADF was advocating on behalf of the freedom of EVERY American to live according to their beliefs—including at SCOTUS—the U.S. Treasury Department’s law enforcement arm was colluding with Big Banks to monitor their customers to identify domestic threats and shared a list of “hate groups” published by the hyper-partisan Institute for Strategic Dialogue to help them do so.
That report lumps mainstream religious and conservative organizations like Family Research Council, Liberty Counsel, Pacific Justice Institute, and Ruth Institute in with the American Nazi Party and Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
This Orwellian surveillance of American citizens has no place in a free society.

“As this investigation shows, greater scrutiny of the partnership between federal law enforcement and financial institutions is warranted. When ‘Big Banks’ and ‘Big Government’ collude to violate American civil liberties, Congress has a responsibility to step in.”
This is unconscionable.
While ADF is at the U.S. Supreme Court winning cases to protect American freedoms (by God’s grace, 15 since 2011), the federal government is targeting those who seek to protect God-given rights.
It is clear that we’re doing something right. We accept it as a badge of honor that this ministry is so effective in standing up for the right to live and speak the truth that those opposed to what we stand for would want to make it difficult for us to do this important work.
What we do not accept is the federal government’s bullying and Big Brother tactics. We will stand up to this attempt to chill the actions and speech of all Americans.
