April is Care Worker Recognition Month , a time to celebrate the dedication, compassion, and vital role these workers play in caring for our children, aging loved ones, and those with disabilities.

Join us as we amplify the voices of nannies, home care workers, and all those who provide essential care, and lay out our plans for advocating for a stronger care system. Together, we will:

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝUplift care workers who dedicate themselves to our families and communities.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Demand better working conditions and pay for those who provide care.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Advocate for lower barriers to accessing care for those who need it.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Empower individuals to age and thrive in their communities.

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nationโ€™s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women โ€“ mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.

Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
