Dear John ,
With the recent commemoration of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, we at SisterLove want to highlight the importance of our ongoing work and the difference it makes in the lives of countless individuals.
SisterLove engaged over 100 women and girls under the age of 25 in 2023 for HIV prevention and sexual health education and dialogue.
We're committed to eradicating the adverse impacts of HIV and promoting sexual and reproductive health rights and justice for persons of color and all birthing individuals.
We work tirelessly to protect the most vulnerable among us, ensuring they have access to the care and support they need.
In these trying times, our mission is more crucial than ever.
Despite the progress we've made, HIV continues to disproportionately affect women and girls, especially in communities of color. Our work aims to address these disparities and ensure every individual has the tools and resources they need to safeguard their health.
In the summer of 2024, SisterLove will host a Healthy Love Youth Advocates Summit for the empowerment and leadership development of sexual and reproductive health youth advocates.
You can also play an integral role in this effort by volunteering with SisterLove or making a donation.
We understand that everyone's capacity to give is different, but we assure you that every donation and every minute of volunteered time, no matter how big or small, makes a significant impact. It allows us to continue our vital work, reach more people, and move closer to a world free of HIV/AIDS.
Thank you for considering supporting our work.
Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can change lives.
With gratitude,
The SisterLove Family
