Hi John,

I hope you’re staying safe and following the guidance of our health care professionals.

I wanted to bump this email from my team about the organizations doing critical work on the frontlines of this pandemic:

- Good Shepherd Food Bank: [link removed]
- Full Plates Full Potential: [link removed]
- Meals on Wheels: [link removed]

Any amount of support towards these organizations will go a long way. I know this is a tough time for many so, please, only contribute if you’re able.

Stay safe and stay informed.

Subject: Help support the folks protecting Mainers

John,

We all can play a role in working to help those impacted by the coronavirus. The collective action we take -- by practicing social distancing or by running errands for our more vulnerable neighbors -- can change the course of this crisis.

Organizations across Maine are stepping up to aid families and individuals who are feeling the impacts of current events the most. We’d like to shine a light on them and invite you to donate, if you’re able.

Good Shepherd Food Bank of Maine is providing meals and groceries to Mainers across the state. During these uncertain economic times, their help is even more vital than before. Please consider contributing to their efforts here: [link removed]

As schools close due to coronavirus, around 80,000 Maine students will struggle to access meals. Full Plates Full Potential, a Maine nonprofit, has established an emergency fund to support any public school in Maine that applies. These emergency funds will help schools pay for packaging breakfast and lunch, transporting the meals to eligible sites, and more.

The last organization we’d like to shine a light on is working around the clock to provide food to those most vulnerable. Meals on Wheels is a vital service during times like these and we hope you’ll consider contributing to their efforts: [link removed]

We know times are tough and it’s ok if you can’t give at this moment. You can still show your support for these organizations by spreading their information to your friends and family, following guidance from the CDC, and continuing to practice social distancing.

We’re all in this together. Thank you, again, for doing your part.
