Introducing Robert Strunk, Coachella Valley Regional Organizer!
Born in the Bay Area and raised near Seattle, WA, Robert spent years traveling Northern and Southern California; now, he calls Palm Springs home.
Robert's journey into organizing and activism began in the summer of 2016 with the rise of Donald Trump as the Republican nominee. He saw an immediate need to take action and embraced the role of an organizer.
Robert was proud to join the California Democratic Party in 2017 as an elected delegate representing Humboldt County, marking a pivotal step in his commitment to bringing change. He is dedicated to safeguarding democracy, championing women's rights nationwide, and advocating for comprehensive immigration reform.
As the Coachella Valley Regional Organizer, he is focused on growing our democratic bench in California, working to elect our CADEM-endorsed candidates in battleground seats across the state.
Robert is excited to collaborate with activists and partners in Southern California to support Will Rollins' congressional campaign for CA-41.

Felix Menéndez
Democratic Headquarters of the Desert
Felix Menéndez was born in El Salvador, and currently lives in Antelope Valley.
He is a proud activist and volunteer lead in the Antelope Valley region, who always looks for ways to help his community. Felix says that he became an activist because more Democratic representatives and leaders were needed in Antelope Valley districts.
So, he created the Latinos Demócratas Unidos Del Club to grow more civic participation, especially within the Antelope Valley Latino community.
He has created events where everyone can have opportunities to participate and be active in the community, working together to elect more Latino Democrats.
Organizing for George Whitesides and Juan Carillo, Felix has brought more than 50 volunteers together to knock doors and reach voters this year.
