Above, you'll see a photo featuring two remarkable women, Connie Vickers and the chairwoman of the Garfield County Democratic Party, Nancy Presnall. These women have been tirelessly working to remove this man in the picture they are holding from his position as Enid's city commissioner. This individual, Judd Blevins, has been involved in troubling events that simply have no place in our society, let alone in positions of authority.
In 2017, Blevins was photographed holding a tiki torch on the University of Virginia campus, just prior to the despicable gathering of neo-Nazi and white supremacist factions known as Unite the Right. Despite numerous confrontations, Blevins has consistently refused to address his ties to white nationalist ideologies.
Such actions are not just reprehensible; they are a direct affront to the values we hold dear as Oklahomans and as Americans. We cannot stand idly by while individuals like Judd Blevins seek to wield power and influence over our communities.
We need your support to ensure that individuals who espouse hate and bigotry never again hold a seat in any election. By standing together, we can send a powerful message that there is no room for intolerance in our political landscape.
