The Republican Party is the greatest threat to American democracy, reproductive freedom, equality, workers’ rights, the climate crisis, and more.
On the other end of the spectrum, the Democrats are fighting for the American people and championing these issues up and down the ballot. And we have the receipts!
Donald Trump already attempted a coup and faces criminal charges for inciting an insurrection against our government. The GOP continues to support him and his disregard for democracy time and again. Meanwhile, Republican elected officials in state governments across the country continue to attack voting rights and pass egregious gerrymanders.
GOP elected officials continue to attack our reproductive freedoms. They continue to deny the climate crisis while lining their pockets with Big Fossil Fuel money. It's clear whose side they are on, and it's not ours.

The GOP represents billionaires, and they have proven that over and over. They repeatedly demonstrate they are anti-worker, busting unions and doing whatever they can in support of their ultra-wealthy donors. They have openly banned Black history in schools, targeted DEI efforts, and viciously attacked the LGBTQ+ community with discrimination-based laws.
Meanwhile, Democrats continue to fight for voting rights and to secure our democracy at state and federal levels. Democratic candidates are running to expand abortion access, championing platforms that support bodily autonomy, and vigorously advocating for abortion rights.
Under the Biden administration, Congress passed the largest climate legislation ever–our biggest effort to tackle climate change in the history of the country. We have made major investments into environmental justice. And Democrats in state governments are boosting clean energy and growing employment in the renewable energy sector in every state across the country.
Democrats will continue to further racial justice and equality for all communities and call out the GOP’s racist attacks.
The choice is clear. The facts are laid bare. Join us in taking the pledge to vote Democrats up and down the ballot this election!

In the wake of Donald Trump's presidency, we've seen hard-right judges stacked on the Supreme Court, federal courts, and state courts across the country, delivering devastating rulings that have weakened voting rights, gun reforms, climate protections, and completely overturned abortion rights.
We must fight back and put more Democrats on the courts. [[link removed]]
The Senate is the only body which can confirm federal judges and as such, Democratic control of the Senate is crucial to shaping judicial appointments. We must ensure the Senate stays in Democratic hands in 2024.
And in the states, we must pour resources into often highly contested judicial races that get little attention, but that have a wide influence on the daily lives of Americans.
Progress Courts PAC is working every day to hold the Senate and help elect progressive judges across the country, and we need your help.
