We may be on the brink of beating this unjust case in Atlanta.

Fani Willis, the left-wing prosecutor who took my mugshot – and wants me and President Trump behind bars – is now embroiled in scandal, and may be DISQUALIFIED from the sham case against us.

The defense has presented evidence alleging that Fani Willis may have even committed perjury. As of the time I’m writing you this letter, a judge is considering a motion to remove her.

Your support has never been more critical. We’re so close to true justice. But because I’ve filed for bankruptcy, I depend entirely on generous citizens like you to ensure my Legal Defense Trust has the funds to keep fighting for my freedom in this bogus legal battle.

I won’t lie to you – it’s been a tough few years.

The Left can order an FBI dawn raid on my home, they can spy on my private communications, they can take away my law license, they can try and intimidate me, and they can even push me to bankruptcy, but there’s ONE thing that they can NEVER take from me…

…and that’s my fighting spirit.

The more they’ve attacked me as an innocent man, the more they’ve strengthened my fighting spirit and renewed my hope that we will prevail against this grave injustice.

When I look at the absurd mugshot the Left forced me to take at the Fulton County Jail last August, I don’t pity myself. Rather, I am filled with endless motivation to keep fighting the good fight to right this egregious wrong.

And now, our perseverance appears to be paying off. I can finally say that justice is on the horizon.

The Atlanta case is being exposed for what it truly is – a political witch hunt designed to eliminate the leading opponent to the sitting president and instill a sense of fear in all who defend him.

But as someone who took down mob bosses, as someone who cleaned up the violent streets of New York, as someone who defended President Trump from the vengeful shadowy figures lurking within the Deep State, I am not afraid in the slightest.

We’re going to win this battle. We’re going to right this wrong. And justice will be served.

This is our one moment to act. But without the proper funds in our Defense Trust, we could lose this opportunity.
