John,

Our constitutional republic is on the precipice.

Biden's DOJ is shredding the Constitution in its desperate attempt to prosecute President Trump.

Our next Supreme Court brief is due in just one week to protect the Constitution from radical assault.

The constitutional stakes couldn't be higher. If we lose, it could cripple Presidents – especially conservatives – from carrying out official acts in office for fear that they would be prosecuted after leaving office.

In my more than 35 years arguing before the Supreme Court, I've never seen a more dangerous attempt to weaponize the government to prosecute conservatives. I'm working directly with our senior Supreme Court legal team to file our brief in this case.

We JUST won a major election integrity fight at the U.S. Supreme Court, but we can't protect the Constitution without your continued support. Back-to-back Supreme Court cases of this magnitude require tremendous resources.

TODAY, in light of the enormity of these cases, your gift will be DOUBLED through our Life & Liberty Drive. But our Supreme Court deadline is next week. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled To Defend Life & Liberty.

The Constitution is vital. Today, as we fight at the Supreme Court, take urgent action with us.
