John,
When the DCCC announced their policy to blacklist vendors who work on progressive primary campaigns, they made it clear that they would rather protect entrenched incumbents than see more candidates like Ayanna Pressley or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez get elected to Congress.
We’re aiming to raise just 1% of DCCC’s $17.1 million dollar haul last month to continue our work to elect transformative leaders like AOC and Marie Newman — but we’re running out of time to hit our goal before midnight tomorrow night.
We’re still tracking behind where we should be on our fundraising in order to reach our $185,000 goal. If you can afford to, will you help us catch up?
Hitting this goal is so important because we need the resources to go up against the DCCC and help our insurgent candidates win. Marie Newman just defeated Dan Lipinski in IL-03 and we know that we can elect more transformative leaders this cycle. But we’re going up against the power of the DCCC and their millions of dollars.
We can’t trust the establishment to fight for us or our values. That’s why we need to do everything we can to elect our diverse, working-class champions to Congress in 2020.
Thank you for your support,
Team JD
