As our executive director, David Garbett, expressed last week — we came up short during the legislative session. It wasn't for a lack of effort or community support, so we are keeping our heads held high.

In this line of work, there is no offseason. The O₂ Utah team is already interviewing candidates as we prepare endorsements for the 2024 election cycle.

Every state House seat, half of the Senate seats, and some key county council and school board races are up for grabs. More voters will turn out in a presidential year, so this is a crucial cycle to support great candidates who will help shape the future of our Legislature.

As our team carefully examines each aspect of our legislative strategy, one surefire avenue to pass bills is having more allies in office. And that starts now.
