I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for the exceptional leadership and teamwork demonstrated in the Texas Crime Stoppers state office. In my 36 years of experience, I have rarely witnessed such efficient and harmonious operations. With Lyndsay Ysla and Erin Cole in the lead, the Texas Crime Stoppers state office and the individual programs are getting along better than ever. I am proud to say that this is the first time in years that the Texas Crime Stoppers office and Texas Crime Stoppers Council has run so smoothly. The dedication and hard work of the entire Texas Crime Stoppers team has been instrumental in achieving this milestone.
Under the guidance of Lyndsay, Crime Stoppers programs across Texas have reached new heights of productivity and cohesion. Her leadership style fosters a positive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to make their program the best. Additionally, the Lyndsay and Erin ?team? has proven to be incredibly fruitful, contributing significantly to the success of Crime Stoppers as a whole. Maggie has also quickly become a team member that programs can count on. Their passion and enthusiasm surrounding Crime Stoppers is amazing and contagious. The smiles these three have could light the world!
One of the most remarkable aspects I have seen these past couple of years is the emphasis on training and development. The training initiatives implemented have undoubtedly contributed to the high level of proficiency and expertise exhibited by our Crime Stoppers programs. Additionally, Erin has taken the Texas Student Crime Stoppers Ambassadors to a whole new level.
In conclusion, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Lyndsay, Erin, and Maggie for their outstanding contributions and hard work. It is truly a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals.
Sincerely, Susan Rogers, CEO Odessa Crime Stoppers, Inc.
