This year’s elections are about so much more than politics. They’re about defending our fundamental values as Americans.
Donald Trump has secured his place at the top of the Republican ticket, and in between court dates, he’s doubling down on his election lies, threatening to rip away reproductive rights, and promising to be a dictator on “day one.”
Facing the nightmare of a second Trump administration is unthinkable. But the fact is Trump has a clear path back to the White House, and it goes right through Minnesota.
Four consecutive polls have already shown Trump tied with President Biden in Minnesota, and Trump himself has promised to make a “heavy play” to put himself over the edge and flip us red. And if he’s successful, he’ll secure his re-election.
Every election matters. But it’s no exaggeration to say the work DFLers do between now and Election Day will decide the future of our state and country for generations.
