TDLR Strategic Planning: Your Voice Matters

Every two years, TDLR embarks on a mission to map out the agency?s next five years and create a strategic plan. In determining our priorities for the years 2025-2029, we hope to talk with hundreds of stakeholders across the state and to hear from thousands of you through surveys and social media discussions.

Over the next few months, you will be invited to respond to our Customer Service Survey and to attend a collaborative session in person or via video conference.

We?ll send all TDLR email subscribers an online customer service survey to complete beginning March 18. If you aren?t already signed up to receive emails from us, please take a moment to subscribe so you aren?t left out.

TDLR will host collaborative Strategic Planning sessions around the state with our licensees and stakeholders during March and April 2024. We?ll also host an online session for those who can?t join us in person. These sessions are your opportunity to share your ideas and opinions with us about how we?re doing, and how we can improve. Your feedback during these sessions will help us chart the course for TDLR?s future.

You can present public comments regarding strategic planning during upcoming advisory board and Commission meetings.
We?ll post various strategic planning questions on TDLR?s social media pages during the next few weeks, and your responses will be included in our strategic planning analysis:
