These are the things that help me!
I never expected to have mobility issues at this age.
I've always been active, a world traveler, and an enthusiastic
pedestrian. A serious injury has put the kibosh on all that for now, but
I refuse to lose all my independence and have to wait for help to get my
packages from the mail drop or my groceries put away.
It took a while to figure out, but I have several tools that help me
around the house when there are things that require squatting, lifting,
moving, and lugging. You may already know this stuff, and I may be
reinventing the wheel. But I hope you'll find at least one of these
ideas helpful!

If you also struggle with mobility, do you have any other things that
help you in the house or yard? Other ways you move things from point A
to point B? Ways to reach awkward places? I'd love to hear your ideas.
Please help your fellow preppers out and share your ideas in the

No Money? Here's How to Prep Anyway.
Prepping costs money. Everyone knows that, even the most staunch
I'll-Never-Be-A-Doomsday-Prepper-Why-Don't-You-Live-A-Little co-worker
you might have.
So, in this economy, under these conditions, how are you supposed to get
prepared for the Next Big Catastrophe? Is it even possible?
Absolutely, it is.
And I know this for a fact from personal experience.
The number one factor people mention when asking questions on my website
is money. They're wondering how they can afford to do all these things
that sound so extravagant when they're just getting by. They want to
know if it's even possible to prep in the world we're living in today.
They want to know if they can do it, even though they're broke.
You can.
And in this book
, I'm
going to show you how.
