Last night this team helped me clinch the Democratic Party’s nomination for President of the United States. It’ll all be official come the Party’s convention in August, but before then, let me say this:

Millions of voters across the country have made their voices heard in these early primaries, and I could not be more grateful for your support. Truly. It means the world to me.

Whether you’ve had a chance to vote for me and Kamala, chip in a few bucks to our campaign, or even share our message with folks in your community: You’re showing that you’re ready to fight back against Donald Trump’s extreme plans to take us backwards.

This election is a choice between those who want to pull America back to the past, and those who want to move America into the future. So when I say your support matters, I really mean it.

In 2020, 74,223,369 people voted for Donald Trump. However, 81,282,916 voted for Kamala and me. So I do not need to tell you how slim the margin of victory is and how much of an impact you have.

Kamala and I are relying on you to step up for the first time today so that we can continue to move America forward. YOUR support will be the reason that we are able to prevent Donald Trump from regaining power.
