We hope you know by now that Lizzie won the primary election last Tuesday!  We worked hard to connect with voters every way we could in the weeks leading up to the election.  And it showed.  Lizzie got nearly 75% of the vote in the primary.

We’re so grateful for everyone on #TeamLizzie and all that you did to help make sure Lizzie remains undefeated!  Because of you, we were able to talk to voters in meaningful ways.  With more than 100 volunteers, we knocked on more than 20,000 doors, sent more than 4,000 handwritten postcards, made many thousands of phone calls,  planted more yard signs than we could count, and had thousands of conversations with voters.  We are proud of the results, and we hope you are, too!

Now, it’s on to November!  We are wasting no time shifting our focus to the general election so we can re-elect Lizzie and help Democrats up and down the ballot in Texas and across the country.

Early returns and information from the primary show us that we can win big in November, but we have to do the work to get the results we want.  We have a lot of voters to talk with, to persuade, and to turn out.  And we will need your help in doing it. 

#TeamLizzie will continue to work to get voters to the polls in TX07, to help take back the House, to send a new Senator from Texas to Washington, and to re-elect President Biden!  We know what it takes to win.  And we are going to do it all from now until November.
