Let’s go, team –
I’d like to introduce myself. I'm Ryan Busse, a former gun executive, a proud Montanan, and a candidate for governor running to fire Greg Gianforte.
This is a competitive race – we can save the state we love. But first, I need your help.
Our first public finance filing deadline of 2024 is this Friday. All eyes are going to be on if our campaign has the resources we need to win. That’s why we’ve set an ambitious goal of raising $40,000 before midnight on March 15.
I know we can beat Big Gov Greg Gianforte and all his extremist pals, but we don’t stand a chance without grassroots supporters like you. Can I count on you to split a donation between my campaign and Forward Majority so we can reach our $40,000 goal?
The fact is, Greg Gianforte has more money than we do. He’s a self-funding billionaire, spending $7.5 million of his own money to buy the governor's seat last time. And with that seat, he has spent his time in office doing favors for his rich buddies, and absolutely nothing for working Montanans.
And he’s going to spend whatever it takes to buy this election again.
I know that we can beat him with the power of the people in our corner. Everywhere I go, folks are fed up with rich developers like Gianforte and his billionaire buddies coming into Montana and pricing regular folks out of the state we love.
We’re all across the state, listening to folks – and registering them to vote, training them to be volunteers, and getting our message out. We have a plan to win this race, but running campaigns is expensive.
And with all of our finances about to be publicly reported, we can’t afford to slow down our fundraising for a moment. I mean it when I say this Friday’s deadline is a make-or-break moment for our campaign.
Please, friend. Chip in a split donation of $25 or even $10 between my campaign and Forward Majority so we can reach our $40,000 goal. In a race like this one, any amount makes a major difference.
LFG!
Ryan
