You only have a few weeks to fight Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s carbon tax hike. 

On April 1, Trudeau is cranking up his carbon tax again. After the hike, the carbon tax will cost 17 cents per litre of gasoline, 21 cents per litre of diesel and 15 cents per cubic metre of natural gas. 

And the rebates aren’t covering all of those extra costs. 

The Parliamentary Budget Officer is the government’s independent and non-partisan budget watchdog. The PBO shows the carbon tax will cost the average family up to $911 a year, even after the rebates. 

Can you afford that?

The carbon tax isn’t an environmental solution. Making it more expensive for you to drive, heat your home or buy groceries won’t reduce emissions in China, Russia, India or the United States. 

Hundreds of thousands of Canadians are fighting the carbon tax because they know it makes the necessities of life more expensive and doesn’t solve environmental problems.
