Hi there, it's Deborah Ross.
The chaos, dysfunction, and cynicism of the Republican led House is readily apparent to all. Partisan games, grabbing the flashiest headline, winning Donald Trump’s approval, these are the motivations of the GOP controlled House. But that's not why I'm here.
I ran for office because I have a strong faith in America's promise to make people’s lives better by protecting their right to participate in our democracy, making quality healthcare more affordable, ending discrimination against people because of who they are or who they love, and fighting for justice, equality and progress for all Americans.
I'm deeply grateful for the continued opportunity to represent our community and deliver real results like the $12.6 million I secured for Wake County community projects in the recently passed spending package.
The general election is officially in full swing and Election Day is less than eight months away. I'm laser focused on helping turn out the vote for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot — from President Biden and our other statewide races to candidates for Congress and the General Assembly.
North Carolina is a critical battleground state this year, and North Carolina voters are going to play a critical role in the outcome on Election Day. Help me hold my seat, flip the House blue, and deliver real results in Congress. Consider donating $10 or any amount possible today:

I ran for Congress to advocate for North Carolina's people, expand voting rights, protect reproductive freedom, lower costs and ensure that every member of our community can thrive.
Unfortunately, my Republican colleagues don't seem to be on the same page. They’d rather prioritize political stunts over responsible governance.
While working families are burdened by high costs, Republicans don't lift a finger. While North Carolinians are denied fair representation, Republicans (not-so) secretly gerrymander their districts. While women nationwide get their rights stripped away, Republicans advocate for and pass abortion bans.
North Carolina deserves better. And come Election Day, we can do something about it. Holding my Congressional seat is the first step to Democrats reclaiming the House majority. With less than eight months left, we don't have a lot of time. Can I count on you to support my campaign with a donation of $10 or more today?
