Dear Friend –

In trying times like these, the late Fred Rogers advised us to look for the helpers, because you will always find people who are helping.

Navy Reserve Captain Lynne Blankenbeker, a veteran military emergency room nurse who was deployed in the Gulf War and the War in Afghanistan, is one such helper. Capt. Blankenbeker is currently serving aboard the USNS Comfort, which President Trump sent to New York City on Saturday to fight the global coronavirus pandemic.

Capt. Blankenbeker is also a Maggie’s List-endorsed candidate for Congress in New Hampshire’s 2nd District. In serving our country at this time, she demonstrates one of our core values – putting our nation first.

When speaking to Fox News before her deployment, she said that she is “100 percent focused on my mission with United States Navy. The nation needs me in uniform right now and as a reservist, this is exactly what we do.” She also spoke to WMUR prior to deploying and you can watch her interview
 here.

For over 10 years, Maggie’s List has been 100 percent focused on electing strong, patriotic women like Capt. Blankenbeker to office. We hope you will stand in solidarity with her by joining our fight.  After all, we need more helpers in times like these.

I hope you will join us in
supporting Capt. Blankenbeker in her run for Congress against Democrat incumbent Annie Kuster, who stands in lockstep with Nancy Pelosi.  Times are tough but your contribution of any amount – even $5, $10 or $20 – will make the difference in electing leaders like Capt. Blankenbeker to office.

Respectfully,
