Waterkeeper Alliance Submits Comments Urging EPA to Require Industrial Animal Feeding Operations to Report their Dangerous Air Pollution

A coalition of environmental, animal welfare, and community advocacy groups, including Waterkeeper Alliance, submitted comments in response to a request from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for input on whether it should require industrial animal feeding operations (AFOs) to comply with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).

Waterkeeper Alliance Breaks Up With PFAS

In case you missed it, Waterkeeper Alliance took the opportunity to break up with PFAS, truly one of our most toxic relationships. To that end, we are making progress in protecting the public and our nation’s waters from these hazardous β€˜forever chemicals,’ but we need your support to urge Congress to pass the PFAS Accountability Act and advocate that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency adopt the strongest regulations to end this toxic relationship.
