John, last week I held a press conference highlighting my plans to strengthen reproductive freedom in Arizona, including guaranteeing the right to contraception for all Arizonans.

Then, Arizona Senate GOP Majority Leader Sonny Borrelli rejected my calls to protect access to contraception, and instead, offered this ‘advice’ to women:

“Like I said, Bayer Company invented aspirin. Put it between your knees.”

Absolutely ridiculous.

Not only is this ‘advice’ blatantly misogynistic, but it completely ignores the real, serious need to protect reproductive freedom in Arizona.

The contrast couldn’t be more clear, John. I’m proposing common sense solutions to ensure Arizonans have access to reproductive healthcare, and extreme Republicans like Sen. Borrelli are showing their true colors.
