LGBTQ+ youth know “Trans Youth Deserve Better” — so, our Youth Voices wrote a letter about it. To you, their allies, but also to the politicians, school board officials, and adults who are actively seeking to make their lives a living hell.

“For politicians, it’s a re-election campaign. For transgender youth, it’s life and death.”

This powerful letter speaks to the more than 600 bills that were proposed at the state and federal level last year targeting LGBTQ+ people. It speaks to Nex Benedict, a nonbinary teen who is gone too soon because school officials failed them. It speaks to trans youth across the country who just want to live. 

But we need your help to get the message out there.
