John —  Hi, I’m
Barbara Lee with a personal message on where we go from here.

First, I want to thank you for powering my Senate campaign through Our
Revolution’s work. 

Because of dedicated supporters like you, we made over 2 MILLION voter
contacts in California — lifting up our issue priorities for Peace,
healthcare for all, environmental justice, racial equality, and so much
more.

While we didn’t prevail, our grassroots movement for bold progressive
change is just getting started. But, despite being heavily outspent by my
opponents, our values never wavered. Now more than ever, I’m fired up to
keep fighting alongside you for the values we believe in – justice,
equality, and opportunity for all.

Through this campaign, we’ve built a powerful coalition of Black, Latino,
and AAPI leaders; young people; the LGBTQ+ community; reproductive freedom
advocates; and progressives like us who will keep working together to
advance our movement for justice.

But here’s our challenge:  We learned that big money and corporate power
will do whatever it takes to undercut progressive candidates like myself
and our people-centered policy goals.

That’s why I’m proud to announce that I’ll keep working with Our
Revolution and our coalition this 2024 election cycle and beyond to make
sure progressive candidates have the financial resources and strategic
support to overcome structural barriers — and WIN.

I’ll have more details soon, but I wanted to let you know first that our
fight for the future will continue. 

Our nation and our world are facing existential threats - Trump, war,
climate chaos, and more - but together we have laid a path forward that we
can’t afford to abandon.
