Honestly, we’re tired of writing about this asshole, but Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just keeps teeing it up! While doing everything possible to force pregnant Texans to carry their pregnancies to term, now they’re taking away…federal protections for PREGNANT TEXAS STATE EMPLOYEES because of the way the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act was passed by Congress! How. Why. Make it make sense.

WYOMING: CAN’T KEEP ABORTION DOWN
We stan an abortion queen, and Julie Burkhart opening Wellspring Health Access abortion clinic in a state with an abortion ban on the books is just pure badass perfection. Anti-abortion extremists have tried everything to shut it down- from enacting a Trigger Ban to literally attempting to burn it to the ground- but Julie is undeterred in bringing abortion access to communities that need it, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
