I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:
Holding COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers LIABLE
Four years ago, America was shut down because of COVID-19. Millions of Americans were forced to choose between their livelihood or taking a COVID-19 vaccine, causing injury in many. And while 700 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were administered in the US, only 11 COVID-related injury compensation claims have been paid out.
That’s why I introduced the LIABLE Act to remove crony federal liability protections for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers and empower injured Americans. The American people deserve justice for the infringement on their personal medical freedom and those medically harmed deserve restitution.
Should the CCP have access to Americans’ phones?
Why should we let the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have access to our children’s phones? Just in one recent CDC study, roughly 7 in 10 girls who use TikTok said they come across problematic suicide content at least monthly Republicans and Democrats agree – it’s time to put a stop to the CCP's trojan horse invading American lives.
That’s why I am co-sponsoring a bipartisan bill that would protect Americans from foreign adversary-controlled apps like it.

This past Tuesday, I had the privilege to meet with representatives of the VFW of Texas. Thank you to all those who served and those currently serving!
