Egale Canada’s Rainbow Action Hub is your one-stop-shop for the why and how to combat the rise of anti-2SLGBTQI hate in Canada.

The Rainbow Action Hub is for everyone, including organizations, activists, advocates, and allies looking to create change and support the 2SLGBTQI community. The Hub includes issue explainers, messaging tips, research, an interactive map of 2SLGBTQI organizations, and much more. 

You can utilize the Rainbow Action Hub’s education and resources in various ways:

  1. Access resources
  2. Attend workshops
  3. Learn how to craft messaging and work with news media
  4. Connect with your local 2SLGBTQI organization(s)
  5. Create change through elections
  6. Support Egale Canada’s legal action and advocacy 
 
 
Working for Change: A Research Report

Working for Change: A Research Report

Egale Canada has released a new research report titled Working for Change: Understanding the employment experiences of Two Spirit, trans, and nonbinary people in Canada

Among other findings relevant to workplace discrimination, the report revealed that 2STNB participants:

  • 72% of survey participants had experienced workplace discrimination.
  • 49% of survey participants quit their job due to not feeling accepted in the workplace.

A collaborative initiative between Egale Canada, The Enchanté Network and Rainbow Faith and Freedom, the Building Bridges project works to increase the understanding of anti-racism, Indigenization and faith in Canada from a 2SLGBTQI context to foster dialogue.
