John, the Left is trying to silence Shawn McBreairty yet again…

Shawn is the dad who was banned from his own daughter’s graduation ceremony after he publicly questioned the school’s far-left curriculum at a school board meeting – earning the nickname “the Most Dangerous Dad in America.”

But Shawn didn’t just stand down, he stepped up and won a massive anti-SLAPP lawsuit against RSU22, the school board that tried to censor him.

Now, he’s sitting down with Libs of Tik Tok (Chaya Raichik) and Center for American Liberty affiliated attorney Marc Randazza to discuss the fallout from his most widely shared story.

You can watch the full interview here.

McBreairty video

If you don’t have time to watch, let me give you the details.

Shawn McBreairty is suing Brewer School Department in Maine for preventing him from exercising his First Amendment rights.

Shawn caught wind of the school department’s radical transgender bathroom policy that allows boys in girls locker rooms and published an article exposing the dangers to young girls’ safety and blatant violations of their privacy.

No more than 24 hours later, the school’s attorney demanded Shawn take down the article and threatened him with legal action if he didn’t comply.

As you can clearly see, the radical left is trampling on our most basic freedoms in the name of “transgender equality.” It’s up to concerned parents like Shawn to fight back before leftist school boards across the country censor anyone who questions why boys are in our girls’ bathroom.

John, I really hope you'll take just a moment to watch this video.

Parents have the right to know what’s happening behind closed doors at their child’s school, and they have the right to speak up when school policies put children in harm’s way.

That’s why we’re still fighting for him in court, and why I hope we can count on your continued support in this case.

Sincerely,
