Just wanted to let you know that we are only a day away from the fundraising deadline. And we've been super busy here in the Super 6!

Thank you for all of your support so far! We are out in the community putting up yard signs, distributing postcards to volunteers, making tons of phone calls and texts to voters, and we are about to begin our absentee ballot chase program.

What is a chase program you ask?

Great question. Because of COVID-19, we are encouraging everyone to vote by mail -- or as it is officially called an absentee ballot. We expect many many people to vote earlier than May 19th, by mail. So we need to start contacting them ASAP!

Each night the Secretary of State uploads the publicly available contact list of all voters who have requested a ballot, been mailed a ballot, and finally returned the ballot. That means that here in DeKalb County we expect that every day, hundreds if not thousands of voters will be mailed their ballots. Our campaign goal is to track all ballot requests and return ballots in real-time.

That's where you come in. We need to hit our fundraising goal by midnight tomorrow, to ensure we have the resources to communicate in real-time with every voter that has a ballot on the way.

We need your support today so we're ready tomorrow when the first ballots start hitting the mail. We have enough resources to get us through the next couple weeks, but we need to ensure we have the funds necessary to deal with the increased demand for vote by mail and contact those voters immediately each day.
