This is Antonio Daza, and I've got some electrifying news to share with you about our unrelenting pursuit of representation for Georgia's 11th Congressional District.
Our journey has been nothing short of a relentless battle for democracy, justice, equity, and equality. For three years, we've traversed every inch of CD11 and beyond, engaging in profound discussions and standing firm in our belief that we must defend democracy, fight for justice, and champion equity and equality.
Unfortunately, on January 29, 2024, I made the tough call to suspend my campaign; the cold, hard truth was staring us in the face — a lack of financial support and our inability to project a steady income. But, when I suspended the campaign, I told you the fight wasn't over. We don't back down from a challenge, we rise to it!
Fast forward a month, and the response has been nothing short of overwhelming. Countless calls, emails, and text messages flooded in from constituents in Georgia's 11th Congressional District, rallying together to raise the funds needed to put me back in the race.
So here it is: I am thrilled to announce my return to the race for Georgia's 11th Congressional District!
I stand before you now, humbled and honored by the support that followed my initial campaign suspension. Thanks to your tenacity, we're back on the ballot, ready to shake the foundations of the status quo and kick Barry Loudermilk - the infamous Capitol Tour Guide - out of Congress!
