Hadley Haas is a mom to public school students. She’s seen firsthand how the lack of public school funding, and the ongoing attacks on our public education system at large, are hurting our students — and she’s ready to advocate for all public school students to have the same access, support, and help in the classroom as her two sons.

Community safety is a shared priority of ours. After seeing the gun violence epidemic increasingly target schools across the country, Hadley became involved with the local Moms Demand Action chapter in 2018, where she later went on to co-lead the Pittsburgh chapter.

Like me, Hadley’s focused on comprehensive solutions to the issues hurting Western Pennsylvanians the most — from public school funding and gun violence, to supporting our workers and protecting our clean air and water.

With a razor-thin majority in the House, Hadley’s race is a must-win for us if we’re going to uplift our public education system and protect Pennsylvanians from Republicans’ ongoing attacks on our rights and resources.
