Public comments requested on the Census of State and Federal Adult Correctional Facilities

BJS encourages comments for the next 60 days on the extension of the Census of State and Federal Adult Correctional Facilities, a previously approved data collection. This census collects information at the facility level that describes the characteristics of adult correctional facilities and persons sentenced to state and federal prisons.?

Submit your comments to the Office of Management and Budget through the Federal Register by May 10, 2024.
