Good morning John,

 

Yesterday, Americans set our clocks back one hour for Daylight Saving Time—a practice originally established in 1966 under the Uniform Time Act. Legislation has been introduced in Congress to establish permanent daylight-saving time nationwide. Under the bill’s provisions, there would be no clock changes in the spring and fall.
