We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. The news, especially from our own city, has been utterly tragic.

As you may know, several members of the New York State Senate recently introduced a bill to suspend rent payments for eligible tenants for the next ninety days to help families and businesses cope with the crisis.

BYD is considering publicly supporting the measure, and we are asking our members to weigh in ASAP.
