We’ve told you before what we’re up against in this campaign. But now, it’s all being laid bare. On Friday, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police urged Republicans to pull Democratic ballots in the March 19th primary election to vote for Eileen O’Neill Burke.

It would be shocking–except we already knew Eileen Burke was running a campaign funded by Trump donors and far-right Republicans. Now, her supporters are explicitly urging Republican voters to meddle in a Democratic Party to win this election.

We can’t let Republicans take over our criminal justice system in Cook County. Can you chip in right now to make sure we can fight back?

Why are Republicans so hellbent on electing Burke? Because they believe she will back their right wing agenda. But we can’t return Cook County to the bad old days when we were the wrongful convictions capital of America. We have to keep pushing forward on the road to criminal justice reform.

These GOP dirty tricks make it more important than ever that REAL Democrats turn out and vote for Clayton–the candidate that will move Cook County forward in pursuit of both safety and justice.

We need every dollar now to make sure we stop the Republicans in their tracks. Please give whatever you can–we’re down to the wire.
