Happy Spring forward folks! Although we lost an hour of sleep last night, I’m sure the extra sunshine will make up for it.☀️

I don’t mean to get too controversial, but Daylight Savings has become a heated topic in past years.

Some Americans believe we should no longer change the clock twice a year, while others argue changing the clocks boosts productivity.

Around two years ago the Senate even passed the Sunshine Protection Act to make Daylight Savings Time permanent — meaning our winter evenings wouldn’t start at 4:30 PM.

But the bill became stalled in the House and here we are still changing our clocks, this time springing forward.

As a member of Congress, I want to know where my supporters stand on making Daylight Savings permanent. Will you take a moment to fill out our survey on Daylight Savings time? [[link removed]]

I look forward to receiving your input!
