John—first, some good news:
We’re building the strongest grassroots campaign in the country, strong enough to take on $50 million in vicious attacks from some of the biggest far-right megadonors and super PACs around.
Now, the bad news:
Jon is the most vulnerable Democrat on the map. Election experts are saying this race is anyone’s to win, and the latest poll shows Jon’s opponent just two points behind him. We can’t withstand the lies, fabrications, and negative attacks without grassroots support.
It’s no secret why Mitch McConnell handpicked Jon’s opponent, either. He’s filthy rich—and would be one of the top 10 richest lawmakers in Congress if elected.
When funds are running low, he can cut his campaign a check from his personal bank account.
But that’s not how we roll, John. Like any good farmer, Jon’s growing this thing from the ground up, and we’re proud to have built this campaign from the support of more than 160,000 grassroots supporters chipping in what they can.
Our team will need every available resource from supporters like you to help us keep up with the GOP’s attacks. Will you add a donation of $10 or more to Jon’s campaign today? We cannot afford to fall short on our fundraising goals in this toss-up race.
Please use the links in this email to start a monthly donation through ActBlue.
Montanans want a leader who understands the challenges rural communities face and will go to bat for them in Washington—not a wealthy out-of-stater like Jon’s opponent. If enough of us step up to make a contribution today, we’ll have the resources to fight back and win.
Thanks for your help,
Team Tester
As a third-generation Montanan and the U.S. Senate’s only working dirt farmer, Jon Tester is committed to protecting the Montana way of life.
In the Senate, Jon takes his cues from the rural communities, veterans, and working families that elected him—not special interests or super PACs.
That’s why we’re counting on you to help reelect Jon and keep him fighting for rural communities in the Senate. Click here to chip in and fuel our grassroots campaign >>
