CPAC released a statement in response to the Supreme Court's decision on the Trump v. Anderson case on Monday, stating:
"In a unanimous decision, SCOTUS rejected the Colorado Supreme Court’s blatantly partisan lawfare against President Donald J. Trump.
The radical Left has weaponized the Justice System to engage in election interference in an unimaginable way. As a result, American’s are losing faith in our institutions.
Today’s ruling is an important step to reaffirm our Republic and defend our Constitution."

CPAC Releases Massachusetts Legislative Scorecard
Dubs it the Second Most Leftist State in Nation
CPAC is continuing its rollout of state scorecards from the 2023 legislative cycle. This week featured the Massachusetts scorecard, which showed the state second only to Hawaii in promoting Leftist policies. CPAC also released its assessments of Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and "the least conservative state", Hawaii.
