We hope everyone is staying healthy and at home during this terrifying time. To limit large events, our endorsement process will take place entirely online. 
 

What does that mean for candidates and our members?

1. Along with the questionnaire, each candidate will submit a 2 to 3-minute video. This will be used in place of a speech that would have been made in-person.

2. We're currently brainstorming ways for candidates to answer members' questions on our social channels. Stay tuned for updates on this process.

3. We're extending the time for candidates to fill out the questionnaire by two weeks. The questionnaire will be sent to candidates who request one on April 1 and will be due May 1. This gives folks fighting the pandemic on the frontlines more time to complete it.

4. All voting will take place online. We'll make sure to send out reminders on all of our social channels, website, and email lists. As always, you must become a dues-paying member of STL Young Dems by May 4, 2020 to vote in the endorsement process. Memberships expire after one year. Please make sure to renew yours before the deadline!

Again, the form will be sent to candidates on April 1 (or ASAP if requested after that date.) Candidates will have until May 1 at 5 p.m. to complete it.
