Last night, President Joe Biden gave his State of the Union address - and we applaud him for celebrating the investments we’ve made in clean energy to protect our environment.
We have just begun to see the fruits of the Inflation Reduction Act, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the CHIPS and Science Act, but it’s clear they are already transforming America by creating jobs, growing domestic manufacturing, and boosting the economy.
As President Biden highlighted, we’ve created tens of thousands of new clean energy jobs while making investments in electric vehicle manufacturing, batteries, wind turbines, solar panels, and more. Even Republicans in Congress who didn’t vote for these bills are celebrating the investments we’ve made in red, blue, and purple states alike.
