Dear Friends,

The rights women enjoy today have been hard fought, one step at a time, over decades and centuries. These rights were fought for and won, piece by piece, by powerful, united women who mobilized, organized and demanded their voices be heard. But with the loss of women’s reproductive freedom, a cornerstone of our rights is eroding. And this feels like just the beginning. 

We are living the chaos of men making decisions around women’s reproductive health care: miscarriages going untreated; mothers being legally required to carry terminal, high risk pregnancies for months; and frozen embryos being afforded more protection than the women who produced them.  

But during last night’s State of the Union, the President reminded us, “In its decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court Majority wrote, “Women are not without electoral or political power.” 

Damn right we’re not. Women are the majority in this country. We are the descendants of the strong women who fought for our freedoms and we will not let the next generation of women down. 



I’ve had enough of men making laws and decisions about women’s lives. We don’t have to sit idly by as spectators to these horrors. We have the power to overturn this cruelty and regain our rights. 

The President promised, “If Americans send me a Congress that supports the right to choose, I promise you: I will restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land again.”  

Ladies, send me to Congress, and I will deliver national reproductive rights for you. [[link removed]]

Join me and together, we can not only protect our own reproductive rights, but when we succeed we will protect our sisters across the country and generations of women to come.  

The President said it best: “Clearly those bragging about overturning Roe v. Wade have no clue about the power of women in America. But they found out…and they will find out again in 2024.”
