I am happy to announce that we are officially on the ballot for the primary on June 23rd, 2020!! 

We collected more than triple the necessary number of

signatures to get on the ballot. This is a grassroots

campaign and over 30 of you came out to collect signatures despite terrible weather, growing public fear and difficult travel. You are amazing! This is what people power is all about!

Your strong commitment shows how powerful this

movement is and how strong our campaign can be. 

Now that we are on the ballot, we are completely focused on helping our community survive the ongoing crisis caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and we need your help.

Can you chip in to make sure the people of NY-5 have the supplies they need to survive?

Our Community Care Outreach program has been incredibly successful so far. We have raised enough money to supply over 25 families with the essential goods they need to get through a prolonged quarantine - without work or paid leave. 

As we reach more and more struggling folks, the burden of campaigning will become increasingly difficult. That is why we need more staff. But, with more staff comes higher costs.

Can you donate so that we can hire the staff necessary to reach everyone in need?

This campaign has always been about uplifting and protecting working class people from the callous greed of exploitation, oppression, and corruption. We have always known that our political leaders care more about power and money than people, but the crisis caused by COVID-19 has only further proven this. 

My community is hurting. Our hospitals are at complete capacity, there are not enough ventilators, getting tested is almost impossible and working people have been left without economic support. Folks are literally fighting to survive. That is why I am using the power of our movement and my campaign to help folks get the supplies they need to survive. We are doing everything in our capacity to make a devastating situation a little bit easier to contend with.
