Right now, Congress can help put a stop to gun trafficking.

John–

Roughly five times per day, guns are stolen from or lost by gun dealers. These guns often end up in the illegal market and fall into the hands of people who shouldn't have them in the first place—like criminals and domestic abusers.

But right now, Congress can help put a stop to gun trafficking like this. The Federal Firearms Licensee Act (FFLA) would strengthen and modernize the laws that licensed gun dealers must follow—like implementing measures to prevent theft and loss—and would hold sellers accountable when they fail to follow them.

Make sure your U.S. representative does their part to hold gun dealers accountable by urging them to co-sponsor this groundbreaking gun safety bill.

More than 110,000 people are shot and killed or wounded in the United States each year, yet the gun industry plays by an outdated set of rules, riddled with loopholes that allow bad actors to exploit them and rake in profits—all at the expense of our public safety.

It's time for Congress to act to hold gun dealers accountable by passing the FFLA. Send a message to your U.S. representative urging them to co-sponsor this life-saving bill.

Thanks for taking action,
