We love abortion seekers
March 10th is abortion provider appreciation day! We are grateful for abortion providers every month of the year. Make it a point this Sunday to express your appreciation for the abortion providers in your community.

Self-Care
Self-care is an intentional practice that roots us in the present despite the oppression we may face. Regular self-care is essential for sustainable and effective activism.
Here are our self-care tips for March:
-
Be present in your body! This is something I’ve learned through meditation, but often I find myself going through the motions of daily life without paying attention to how my body feels. When I make it a practice of checking in with where I have aches and pains or even just noticing the feeling of my feet on the ground, it brings me back to the present and helps me focus. – Jessica, Senior Vice President of Outreach
-
Sweat it out! Any time I do something active, it never fails to boost my mood for the rest of the day. I find it clears my head, helps me relax and also makes me feel more productive and focused. Even just half an hour of activity makes a massive difference. – Kelli, Press Secretary
-
Walk around! I have two furry babies who crave constant affection, just like anyone else, right? Lately, we've begun taking them for walks around the neighborhood, and they absolutely love it. Even though I'm not particularly fond of walking in this endless heat, it's refreshing to take a leisurely stroll, listening to the birds and watching neighborhood cats attempt to catch them in the trees. It's a gentle reminder of life's boundless curiosity, explorative nature and simple joy. – Jacqueline, Senior Outreach Coordinator
See you next month!
