On this International Women's Day, I am proud to celebrate the immense courage,
resilience, and power of immigrant women. As pillars in our families and communities, we forge new paths with an
unwavering spirit, carrying dreams of better futures, and enriching the fabric
of our nation.

We are immigrant women.

We are mothers, sisters, aunts, and daughters, making sacrifices to ensure our
families have every opportunity to thrive and live healthy and productive lives.

We are doctors, caring for our communities. We are teachers, inspiring the next
generation. And we are entrepreneurs, bolstering our economy.

We are leaders, rallying our communities to demand dignity, fairness, and
equality for all.

We are immigrant women.

At NILC, we remain committed to advocating for laws and policies that uphold the
dignity and respect of immigrant women and their loved ones.

And we are proud to partner with you in our fight, friend. Together, let's continue to advocate for a world where every
woman, regardless of her background, can pursue her dreams and aspirations
freely and safely.

Thank you for joining us in celebrating the resilience and strength of immigrant
women on this special day.

Sincerely,

Kica Matos
President
